Are
You Having Problems Viewing Our PDFs?
If you have difficulty viewing any of the PDF files on our site,
you may be experiencing one of several Adobe Acrobat Reader-to-web
browser integration issues.
Due to the number of possible issues and corresponding solutions,
we recommend that you turn off the "Display PDF in browser" option
through the Acrobat Reader's "Preferences" dialog.
This will allow you open the PDFs directly in the Acrobat Reader
application or save them to your disk.
To turn off browser integration:
Adobe Reader 6.0
1. Run the Adobe Reader
2. Click the "Edit" menu
3. Click on "Preferences..."
You will see a dialog with a list of categories on the left:
1. Click on the "Internet" category
2. Make sure the "Display PDF in browser" checkbox
is un-checked to disable browser integration.
Acrobat Reader 5.0
1. Run the Acrobat Reader
2. Click the "Edit" menu
3. Click the "Preferences" menu
4. Click on "General..."
You will see a dialog with a list of categories on the left:
1. Click on the "Options" category
2. Make sure the "Display PDF in browser" checkbox
is un-checked to disable browser integration.
For exhaustive information on configuring your Windows browser
and Acrobat Reader, see Adobe's knowledgebase article "Configure
Internet Explorer or AOL to display PDF files".
